2. Your Appointment.

Firstly choose your appointment type; this is easy, there are 3 choices. 

• PDP Initial Package. 

• PDP VIDEO Consultation.

• PDP Clinic Consultation. 

In light of the current situation Physioworks is working to transition as many aspects of your treatment to a non face to face communication method as possible. As a consequence your first or Initial consultation will now be a package.  

1.“PDP Initial Package” This will be your choice if this is your first visit to the Clinic or you are presenting with a new condition. It will consist of the following:

• A video or Telephone Consultation

• A digital exercise programme. This is tailored by your Physio and is downloadable to your device via a free APP.

• Either a follow up video consultation or a clinic consultation, whichever is appropriate.

2. Your second option is a FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION “2. PDP VIDEO Consultation”. This option is a follow up or subsequent video consultation for those who have completed the PDP Initial Package process and need a further video Consultation.

3. Your third option is also a FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION “PDP Clinic Consultation”. Again this option is for those who have completed the PDP Initial Package process and need a follow-up clinic Consultation. As mentioned above due to the current circumstances we are making every effort to minimise face to face contact so the decision as to whether the consultation is a video or clinic consultation will be at the discretion of the Physiotherapist. 

Once you have chosen your appointment type you will be asked to choose which clinic. 

There isn’t really a choice as Clinic is the only option

You then need to select an appointment time from the slots available. First you select the date from the calendar for format, then to the right of the calendar you are shown which time slots are available. Once you have selected a day and time you are asked to confirm your selection. 

Once you have confirmed your selection you will be taken to the payment section.

3. Confirmation & payment

You will now be shown a summary of your personal details as well as a summary of your appointment details. Don’t worry about the fact that your practitioner is not specified, there is only Sonya, so you will be seeing Sonya. If everything else is ok at this point you will be asked to confirm the appointment. At this point your appointment is entered, you will receive a confirmation email within a few hours. You will then be taken to the payment page. 

In order to minimise the spread of COVID-19 we would prefer digital payment. The payment page is via PayPal, you can make the payment via your paypal account or by using your Credit or Debit card through the Paypal system. Alternatively if you are familiar with direct bank payment through the SEPA transfer system,  and if you prefer, you can skip the PayPal page (Don’t worry your appointment will still have been made) and you can make a payment online directly to our account, please just email the payment confirmation. And that is the end of the process.

Please be aware. To comply with ISCP and HSE guidance as of the 189 April 2023, patients are required to bring & wear a face mask whilst in the clinic to protect our more vulnerable patients. Available at the clinic at a cost of €1.

Should you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, we reserve the right to charge a €60 late cancellation fee.
